EWS Group offers VendorConnect as an optional, add-on feature allowing your vendors, such as Arrivy, to communicate directly with MoversSuite. Your vendors will need to have the ability to develop what they need on their end to send data, in the form of XML or JSON, through this new connector.
VendorConnect works by translating the file submitted using the existing Pass Thru Connector through a public API managed through MoversConnect. Data submitted can be used to update an existing order or create a new lead or a new order. Vendors can also request order information through varying calls. Essentially, VendorConnect allows your vendors the ability to send and request order information. VendorConnect does this by providing a third-party vendor the ability to communicate with multiple moving companies with a single set of credentials.
