Advance Setup

Manage settings used for advance processing within this setup area.

Auto Dispatching

Reference this topic when defining personnel records to automatically assign a driver to an order downloaded from Atlas SUDS or UniGroup.

Email Options Setup

Set up order personnel to receive email notification upon an order event, such as when a user submits a request for self-haul.

Equipment Resource Setup

Use this setup to define long distance resources and associate them to drivers.

Labor Type Setup

The Labor Type assigned to a Personnel Setup record determines which drivers are available within the Long Distance Dispatch model through the Make orders of this type available in Long Distance flag setting. Only drivers with this flag set are available within Long Distance Dispatch.

Move Type Setup

Set the Make orders of this type available in Long Distance flag to allow orders with the corresponding Move Type to display within Long Distance Dispatch. 

Personnel Documents Setup

Establish groups and types needed to categories documents added to driver records.

Personnel Setup

Define drivers and setup advances.  Associate drivers to a Labor Type that has the Make orders of this type available in Long Distance flag set.

The Default Branch of the user will be the branch set for a new order through Add Foreign Order.

Set Dispatch tab variables for drivers.  The Driver Type allows for equipment assignment to the driver.  The application references the Line Haul % for trip revenue calculations (Trip Balance) and advances.  Available Hours determine employee availability.  The Driver # is required by the order download process.
