Use the Customs Inspection Information screen to document inspections performed by customs agents on an International Orders shipment. This information is utilized when exchanging data with external applications, such as through the UniGroup International Upload.

Access to this screen is available through the Add and Edit buttons within the found on the Customs Inspection Reports screen.
Technical Field and Function Information
Described in the table below are the fields and functions available to the Customs Inspection Information screen.

Inspection Location |
Choose a value from the list to identify the location of the inspection. The options available to this setting are defined within Customs Inspection Location Setup. |
Location Code |
Enter the identifier associated to the inspection location (up to 32 characters). |
Location Name |
Enter the name of the location (up to 64 characters). |
Inspection Type |
Select a type from the list identifying the inspection performed. The options available to this setting are defined within Customs Inspection Type Setup. |
Inspection Start |
Provide the estimated and actual start time of the inspection. |
Inspection End |
Provide the estimated and actual end time of the inspection. |
Results |
Enter the results documented for the inspection (up to 512 characters). |
Notes |
Enter any notes regarding that inspection (up to 512 characters). |

Save Keep changes made and close the screen. |

Cancel Close the screen without saving changes. |
