This form is available only from the Scheduling Calendar form. It is accessed by right clicking on a current appointment that you wish to export to your Outlook calendar.
Note: This feature requires Outlook 2000 or greater.

Description |
Date |
This field displays the date of the appointment to be exported. If you want to export this appointment to a different date, select the new date. |
Start Time |
This field displays the start time of the appointment. The scheduled start time is set in SalesTrak Sales Scheduling form. |
End Time |
This field displays the end time of the appointment. The end time is calculated based on the duration of the appointment in the Sales Scheduling form. This time can be changed if necessary. |
Add All Appts within a range of dates |
If you wish to add several appointments to your Outlook calendar at once, check this box, and then select the range of dates you wish to export into your Outlook calendar. |
Start Date |
This field is used to indicate the date of the first appointment you want to export. This field is not used to export single appointments. |
End Date |
This field is used to indicate the date of the last appointment you want to export. This field is not used to export single appointments. |
Subject |
The field will be exported to the Subject field in your Outlook calendar. By default, the contact's name is used. This field can be changed before the appointment is exported. |
Location |
The field will be exported to the Location field in your Outlook calendar. By default, the contact's city is used. This field can be changed before the appointment is exported. |
Reminder |
If this box is checked, the Reminder in Outlook will be enabled, showing a reminder screen on you computer when the appointment time is within 15 minutes (or whatever your Outlook calendar is set for). |
Comments |
This box allows you to enter up to three lines of comments. The comments will be exported to the body of the appointment. |
