Commission Statement Access Issue

An access issue may occur when multiple people are attempting to work on the same statement. The issue arises when one user re-queries or finalizes a statement and a separate user attempts to access that same statement without refreshing the Commission Statement Management screen. In this scenario, the second user cannot view the statement. This issue was reported in testing in the 2024.26 release and is fixed in 2025.02.
