Office & Industrial Bookmarks

 

The following bookmarks are specific to the Office & Industrial module. You must have an order open within the Office & Industrial module to pull data for these bookmarks.

Client Note

Display the text entered within the Client Note section within the Job Information tab. Formatting in use within the Client Note section is retained when a document generates. However, the formatting may not be retained when generating an email based on the template.

Crew Table O&I

Crew Total

Total count of crew on that service.

Crew Listing

First and Last Name for each person assigned to the service.

Labor Type

Labor Type set for that crew.

Scheduled Arrival

Job Start time for each person.

Scheduled Departure

Job end time for each person.

Destination Location Address

Address specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location Building

Building specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location City

City specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location Combined Address

Complete address denoted as the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. The data displayed includes each address line and a combined city, state, and postal code line. All information is merged from data managed within the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location Constraints

Displays the constraints of the location marked as the Location Address Type of Destination (through Add/Edit Order Location). Constraints are visible within the Building Constraints section of the Job Information tab.

Destination Location Contact

Contact specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location Contact Mobile

Contact specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location Contact Phone

Contact specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location Description

Description specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location Postal Code

Postal Code specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location State

State specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Destination Location Type

Location Address Type specified for the Destination location within the Contacts and Locations tab displays. Manage this setting through the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Head Count

Count of people affected by the move. This value pulls from the Head Count field within the Job Information tab.

Job End Date

Anticipated ending date for the project. This value pulls from the Job End Date field within the Job Information tab.

Job Start Date

Anticipated starting date for the project. This value pulls from the Job Start Date field within the Job Information tab.

Local Service Addresses

Add Local Service > Origin Address,

Add Local Service > Destination Address,

Contacts and Locations > Contacts > All fields

Operational Note

This bookmark displays information for all Other locations specified within the Contacts and Locations tab. Labeled data for each address includes the following:

All information is merged from data managed within the Add/Edit Order Location dialog.

Other Location Constraints

Displays the constraints of all locations marked with the Location Address Type of Other (through Add/Edit Order Location). Constraints are visible within the Building Constraints section of the Job Information tab.

Project Manager

The name of the person assigned as the Project Manager on the order through the Contacts and Locations tab.

Scope of Work

Insert the Scope of Work information from the Job Information tab. The application inserts a table of data in the same format as what displays within the Scope of Work tab. Users can update the output after the document renders by updating the column width, changing the font and background color, and more.
