Errors that occur when downloading or uploading AtlasNet files show within the Third Party Application Error Management screen. Common conditions that would cause an error include the following:

Missing or Invalid Order Number.

There is no link or the link between a MoversSuite order and Atlas is broken. Verify that the order associated with the document is correct and one that associates with your agent network. See AtlasNet Document Integration Setup for details. |
Invalid Document Type.

The type of document coming down from AtlasNet does not match an External Code defined within the Interface Item section of a Document Type Setup record. Verify that the supported type is linked to the Atlas Van Lines interface and the External Code matches exactly to one shown in the AtlasNet Document Type List topic. |
Document does not download or won’t open.
|
Your security credentials may no longer have access to the downloaded document. In such a case, contact Atlas to confirm that your access and credentials. |
Another reason you may receive errors accessing a downloaded document is that the document may have been deleted/replaced by Atlas. Verify that there are no other documents that may have replaced the document within the Document Management Viewer and check the document list for the order within AtlasNet. | |

If the content of a document has not downloaded, a connection is made with AtlasNet to retrieve the documents content. This process can take several minutes and may require certain privileges not granted to all users. View the AtlasNet Document Integration Setup topic for more information.
You can attempt to Re-Process the document, which means attempt to upload or download the file, through options available within the Third Party Application Error Management screen. For example, if the mappings were corrected, you can attempt to download a file by re-processing it through this screen. Refer to the Re-Processing Document topic for additional information.
An additional log can be found in MoversSuite Administration within the MoversConnect Log. This log would show connection and other issues attempting to communicate with AtlasNet.
