Setup Area: Settings tab > Support

 

Contact Support from the Support tab. Clicking “Contact Support” will open an pre-addressed email. If you just have a question or concern, click the “Attach Log” to the left, which turns the indicator white. If you wish to include logs, set the indicator to the right, which turns the indicator blue. Clicking “Contact Support” will create a .zip for you to save in your system and then attach to the email.
