The section describes the process and formats available for importing statement files from a van line. Statements are imported through the Import Menu and applied to from within the Payment Application module.
There are two types of Statement Imports: (1) Those that parse a file; and (2) those that utilize a Restful API to interpret a shared file in JSON or XML format.
Restful API Statement Processing
For Restful API processing, currently there is only support for the SIRVA Agent Statement Import to import JSON files, which download automatically and are available immediately through the Cloud Statements screen. View the SIRVA Agent Statement Import topic for more information.
Statement File Parsing Process
All other statements import using a process that parses a physical file.
