Quote Amount

The total quoted amount of the open record within the Quote tab displays.

Quote Description

The description as displayed in the ‘Description’ section of the Quote tab.

Quote Details

Quote Details for a Quote display within a table. The data includes notes and grouping in effect. The following details list for each quote line or group item:

Item # (Item Code)

Description

Quantity (first quantity)

Quantity (second quantity)

Rate

Amount

Note

NOTE: A bold “Total” line displays at the bottom, showing a sum of the quote group amounts.

Quote Details Show Hidden Items

Produces the same grid as the Quote Details but shows the detail items of any group that is marked as “Hidden.”

NOTE: All hidden items (items can be hidden in a quote group by selecting “Hide Details” when creating a quote group. A bold “Total” line displays at the bottom, showing a sum of the quote group amounts.

This bookmark displays the following Quote Details for all quote items associated to the open record within the Quote tab. Labels are included with the corresponding field data.

The identifier of the open record within the Quote tab displays.

The following Quote Prepared For values pull data set for the contact on the order through the Add/Edit Order Contact dialog.

Quote Prepared For Address Formatted

Displays the entire address is a multi-line arrangement.

Quote Prepared For Address Line 1

Displays the first address line of the contact.

Quote Prepared For Address Line 2

Displays the second address line of the contact.

Quote Prepared For Address Line 3

Displays the third address line of the contact.

Quote Prepared For City

Displays the city of the contact.

Quote Prepared For Country Code

Displays the identifier of the country associated to the address of the contact.

Quote Prepared For Country Name

Displays the name of the country associated to the address of the contact.

Quote Prepared For Name

Displays the name of the contact person.

Quote Prepared For Postal Code

Displays the postal (zip) code of the contact.

Quote Prepared For State

Displays the state of the contact.
