Login to MSWeb via the Azure active directory account provided by your organization or, if your account is self-hosted, through that URL. Details for each are provided below.
EWS Hosted Customers
As an EWS Hosted Customer, log in to MSWeb using an URL provided by EWS, which typically looks like this: https://company.moverssuite.com.
MoversSuite maps to Entra ID users. For some environments, there is a clean mapping between Windows domain usernames and their Entra ID usernames. Clean mapping is when both the Windows domain and Entra ID username are the same. Otherwise, if Windows main username does not match the Entra ID name, then the User Principal Name must be established to create the mapping (through the Azure Active Directory User Principal Name setting within Personnel Setup > User tab). With the clean mapped username, an example of a typical login for an EWS Hosted Customer would be auser@msweb.moverssuite.com.
EWS Group provides the initial passwords for these users. Users will be prompted to reset this password after their first successful log in.
Self-Hosted Customers
A similar process is needed to establish users on self-hosted systems. EWS Group provides initial guidance and is generally a one-time setup. Logging in to MSWeb is through a URL, such auser@companyname.moverssuite.com.
