As an internet connection is sometimes not available when on-site, be assured all data added to your tablet/iPad offline can be synchronized the cloud database when an internet connection is established with your tablet. Once a connection is established, the app will automatically synchronize any changes.
Though there is this button which will perform the sync on command, it is important to know that syncs occur automatically each time you go from one screen to another. The image will show an indication each time a sync occurs.
