Basic lead information established in MSO&ISales can import automatically into MoversSuite. This data includes the job name, estimate number, and the Project Manger. Other data is documented within the MSO&ISales Integration Content topic and, if defined, can include services and quotes.
Services that import show with the Local Service Status of “Idle” and will need to be manually sent to dispatch through the Local Services (Office & Industrial) tab.
A quote imported into the Quote tab shows with a status of “Accepted,” which can be imported into Revenue Entry.
An integration that includes TechMate can also be established to link leads defined in either MSO&ISales or TechMate into MoversSuite for move completion and billing.
