Setup Area: Moves > choose an opportunity > Crew Calculations
To edit the crew calculation details, click on name of the crew calculation, which is based on the Survey Sheets.
Once an option is chosen, the calculations for that Survey Sheet open. Each section can be collapsed or expanded as indicated in the image below.
Of note within each section:
•Move Type: The Move Type will default to Standard (Shuttle).
•Truck Type Truck: Adjust the Truck type, if applicable.
•Manpower Adjustment: The adjustments previously entered and computed within Survey Sheets will be totaled.
•Setup and Cleanup (Man hours): Adjust the time, as desired.
•Timing: Adjust the shift hours (Maximum and minimum, etc.,) if applicable.
•Duration: # of Job shifts can be utilized for a multi-day job, if applicable.
•Move Crew: Quantity of crew and trucks. Adjust manually, if desired.
Totals can be viewed at the top of the screen in dark red font.
