It is not necessary to “backup” your database as Mongo, the database system used within MSO&ISales, routinely backups the database. The database is synchronized every time you move from one screen to another.
This section, Backups, has three subsections:
•Backup Database is used to share the backup or configuration profile with Support when needed.
•Browse Backups is where the backup versions, if applicable, will list.
•Browse Database is where the database versions, if applicable, will list. There may be an “offline” database and an “cloud synched” database, for example. Icons provide options to move a new database, the one offline, to the cloud. A confirmation warning similar to the one below will appear if you select the double reverse arrow icon.
