The ability to reset your password is available from the Login screen within MSCrew.

Pressing Forgot password opens a separate screen requesting that you enter your email address and phone number. This information is what is set under your Personnel Setup record within MoversSuite.

Pressing SEND EMAIL sends an email message to the email address specified. This message includes details on resetting your password.
Note: If the Forget Password option does not appear on your Login screen, then this feature is not enabled. Contact your system administrator for MoversSuite to reset the password.
