A sales lead in MoversSuite is an order request with an Order Status of Lead. This status will automatically be set for new orders created in MoversSuite through the following functions available through the New button (see Order Information):
Lead
Order
New Account Order
Duplicate Order
New OA
When saved, since it is a lead and does not yet have an order number, locate the order using the Find, indicated with the arrow in the image. Enter a Last Name or First Name to search for the lead.
