Report

Select a report document from the list of those defined within Report Setup. 

Refer to the Standard Report and Document Listing to view reports provided by MoversSuite.

Include branch Image on invoices

Setting this flag instructs the application to include the image specified for the branch of use on all invoices.

The source of the image used is defined within the Image URL field in Branch Setup.  The image file must be loaded into the System folder within SQL Server Reporting Services (Report Manger).

Include van line image on invoices

Setting this flag instructs the application to include the image specified for the van line on all invoices.

The source of the image used is defined within the Image URL field in Van Line Setup.  The image file must be loaded into the System folder within SQL Server Reporting Services (Report Manger).

Do not display header address on invoices

When this flag is checked the address header for the branch will not appear at the top of each invoice.  This option is provided for those who want to print on existing letterhead. 

The branch header is set as either the “Invoice Header” or “Default” Address Type within the Branch Address section in Branch Setup.
