The Get Foreign Order Number option is available through the UniGroup Options and allows you to request an Order Number from the UniGroup International IBIL Interface.
If do not have an order number, then you can request one be generated through the UniGroup International IBIL Interface and assigned to the order in MoversSuite through the Get Foreign Order Number function. You will be prompted to select a Van Line and specifiy Agent Number and Year to build your number and then send the request on to UniGroup International IBIL.
NOTE: This option is mutually exclusive with the Reserve Order Number option.
Evoking this option produces a dialog requesting that you build an order by selecting and entering key components.

Once the data is set, pressing OK processes the request. Information returned displays in Get Next Available Order Number dialog, which includes the new order number or, if errors were encountered, then show in the dialog.

Van Line |
Select a van line to incorporate into your new order number. The list of van lines available are those defined with the Is Vanline Brand flag set within XML Interface Setup. |

Booking Agent |
The Booking Agent assigned to the order displays for reference. The Booking Agent is set on an order through the Agents tab. |

Booking Agent Number |
Identifier associated to the Booking Agent displays along with a trailing zero (“0”) needed within the IBIL system. |

Year |
Enter the Year as a single-digit number. This setting defaults to the current year, i.e. “0” for the year “2020.” NOTE: Only digits for recent years are available. |

Click this button to submit the request to UniGroup International IBIL Interface. |

Click this button to cancel the request and close the dialog. |
