BI Tool > Settings > Administrator > Users
To prevent a user from logging in the BI Tool, set the Disabled switch to ‘Yes’. Also, if both the Administrator and Disabled switches are set to YES, then the user’s role will be set to ‘Disabled.’
To assign View Only access to a user, set Administrator and Disabled to NO.
