MoversSuite orders must have the following attributes to enable upload and download capabilities for AtlasNet documents:
•Orders must be registered with Atlas and booked in MoversSuite
•Orders must be of “Van Line” authority as set through the Authority field in Move Information and Order Information (Revenue Entry)
•The document must link to a Document Type Setup record with and External Code supported by AtlasNet (view the list here: AtlasNet Document Type List).
•All files that you select within the Document Management Viewer must all qualify (as noted below) in order to see the “Send to Atlas…” option.
For a file to qualify to be eligible to download or upload to AtlasNet the following must be met:
•File size cannot exceed 26MB on downloads from AtlasNet or 4MB on uploads to AtlasNet.
•Files coming from AtlasNet will always be Portable Document Format (PDF).
•File types can be anything with a file extension except and executable file (EXE).
