MoversSuite Administration > Customer Service > Agent Market
Define the markets available to assign within the Agents tab and available to external applications through the External Code setting. These records link to Agent Setup records to determine which Market values are available for the agent within the Agents tab.

Provide an identifier recognized by an external application to identify this record for the purpose of exchanging data between MoversSuite and the external system (up to 32 characters). |
