Add MoversConnect Email Recipient

 

The Add MoversConnect Email Recipient screen is available when you add or edit a recipient to MoversConnect Setup. These recipients receive email notifications from the MoversSuite API Service and from MoversConnect. These notifications are enabled when the Activate Email Notifications box is checked and the Sql Server Email Profile information is set.

Technical Field and Function Data

 

The following table describes the fields and functions available within this dialog.

 

Field/Function

Description

Recipient Name

Enter a name for the person receiving emails. This name, along with the email address, is used to identify the record.

Recipient Email Address

Provide an email address for the person receiving the email notifications. Multiple email addresses are possible in this field. Put a comma or a semicolon between email addresses. The field accepts up to 100 characters.

Send Emails To This Recipient

Check this flag to enable this person to receive email notifications. Unchecking this account marks the record as inactive.

Minimum Number of Hours Between Emails

Set the number of hours between emails that you wish this recipient to receive notifications. The services will accumulate notices and log information up to the minimum set here; the larger the number of hours, then potentially larger the email size.

Max Number Of Log Messages Per Email

Set the maximum number of log messages that can accumulate before an email notification is sent to this recipient. This setting supersedes the Minimum Number of Hours Between Emails setting, i.e. once this maximum is reached, an email is sent.

Number Of Emails Sent So Far

This is a read-only counter of the number of messages received for this recipient.

Last Email Was Sent On

The date and time that this recipient received an email notification displays.
