This topic covers the setup necessary to allow a Wheaton agent to send leads to Wheaton and to download updates from Wheaton Van Lines via the Wheaton Integration.
PREEREQUISTES:
If you are running MoversSuite through their Azure hosted environment, then please log a Help Desk ticket with the Support Team to assist you in the following verification and setup.
Contact Wheaton Van Lines using the following email address providing them your four-digit agency number. They will use this to configure your system to accept data exchange with MoversSuite for all of your affiliated agencies. You also need to request the following items which are required for setup:
Web Service URL
Service API Key
Provide your agency number to the following and notify them that you wish to exchange data using MoversSuite:
You must be on Version 2023 R20 or later version of MoversSuite.

SETUP:
The setup process also involves defining all the mappings needed to support the data exchange between the MoversSuite and Wheaton. Setup is documented in the two sections and are as follows:
IMPORTANT: Wheaton Enable Functionality must be completed first.
1. Wheaton Enable Functionality - allow users to access the send features to Wheaton.
2. Wheaton Define Supported Mappings - allow users to access to update functionality.
