When a customer payment or vanline statement is generated in MoversSuite to the incorrect customer or order, the following outlines how to move the payment using Payment Management. This is the general concept.
You will create a batch and the dollar amount will be zero. Your first entry would be identical to the original (incorrect entry) except the dollar amount would be the opposite (or negative amount). Your second entry would be what should have been originally entered.
Example: $100.00 was posted as a cash receipt to the incorrect order.
