File Name Already In Use

 

When attempting to upload a document and the file has been uploaded before, the File Name Already In Use error will appear.

The File Name Already in Use error screen provides three options on how to resolve the issue:

 

Field/Function

Description

Replace the original document with the new document.

The filename already uploaded is provided in the description. To update the file with the new document while keeping the same name, choose this option.

Save the new document with a different name.

To change the name of the document being uploaded, enter a new name. The suffix will be .pdf, as indicated.

 

Do not add this new document.

This cancels the upload and exits.
