•TechMate Manual Process requires the implementation of the instructions detailed in TechMate Manual Integration Setup. NOTE: “Manual” is the original process where the Third Party Applications Menu was required.
•TechMate Automated Process requires the implementation of the instructions detailed in TechMate Automated Integration Setup.
