Upload MoversSuite leads into SIRVA QLAB through the SIRVA – QLAB Lead Upload option available within the Tools Menu for qualified orders.

When this option is selected, the application sends the lead to SIRVA QLAB through SIRVA API Web Services utilizing MoversConnect.
When the request is successful, a new lead is established in QLAB. Additionally, a note is attached to the order each time the lead is successfully accepted by QLAB. When unsuccessful, an error is sent back to Third Party Application Error Management, where the upload request can be resent after corrections to the lead are made.
