Customer Open Items Report

File Name: CustomerOpenItems.rdl

 

This report produces Customer Statements that only display items with open AR for a given Customer, Customer Class, Branch, etc. This report utilizes warehoused Dynamics GP data and does not pull directly from your Dynamics GP database (refer to Data Warehouse Refresh for more information).

 

 

NOTE

Unlike standard Customer Statements, the statements produced by this report are not saved in MoversSuite. Therefore, if you wish to save the items, you will need to utilize one of the Report Viewer output options to do so.

 

 

Parameters

 

Parameter

Description

Customer

Choose (Select All) to include all available customers or select individually from the drop-down list. 

This field is dependent on what was selected within the Customer Class.  Only records belonging to the selected Customer Class(es) will be available in this field.

BillingBranch

Choose the concerned billing branch through this dropdown menu.

AR Branch

Choose (Select All) to include all defined AR Branches or select individually from the drop-down list.

A selection here controls what values are available within the AR Branch parameter.

Statement Header Type

Choose the Header to be displayed at the top of the report through this dropdown menu.

Cust Class

Choose (Select All) to include all defined classes, or select individually from the drop-down list.

A selection here controls what values are available within the Customer parameter.

Remit To Branch

Choose a branch here to which the remittance is made.

Print In Footer

Write down an optional statement here to be printed at the report footer.

Checkmark this flag if you want to ignore the “Print In Footer” statement.

The following table describes the fields that display on this report.

 

Field

Description

Vanline

Displays the van line.

Address

Displays the address of the chosen van line.

Remit to

Labeled “Remit To:” followed by the name and address set for the Payment Remittance address type in Branch Setup for the branch selected within Remit-To.

Customer

The name and address of the customer being billed displays.  This customer is set within the Send Invoice To of the New Complete Invoice.

Date

Displays the report generation date.

Amount Due

The computed total dollar amount owed for this invoice.

Amount Paid

A write-in line is provided.

Statement Header Type

Displays on the top of report data. It comes from the Statement Header Type selected in parameters.

Customer

The name and address of the customer being billed displays.  This customer is set within the Send Invoice To of the New Complete Invoice.

Invoice #

The generated value assigned to the invoice. If the invoice was generated using the Preview Invoice option, then the Invoice Number displays “Draft.”

Order Number

The MoversSuite Order Number displays in this field.

Invoice Date

Displays the Invoice Date set within New Complete Invoice after the field label of “Invoice Date:”.

Shipper

The shipper name of the order displays. The name is comprised of the Last Name/Company Name and First Name/MI fields from Name, Address, Phone.

Totals

Displays the total dollar amount for every order.

Footer

Prints the “Print In Footer” field if the Null checkbox is unchecked.
