MSO&ISales Integration
Development has begun on a MoversSuite / MSO&ISales Integration!
There is great interest in this integration and the first steps have been completed – a Lead integration. Leads entered within MSO&ISales download into MoversSuite. Lead data includes Order Number, Estimate Number, Commodity, Last Name/Company Name, First Name/MI, Branch, Project Manager, Job Start Date, Job End Date, Head Count, Client Note, Operational Note, Contacts, and Locations

Atlas Integration
EWS is pleased to announce our AtlasNet Document Download Integration.
MoversSuite’s AtlasNet Document Download integration is more than just a download integration. Of course, all documents for shipments from AtlasNet being managed through MoversSuite now funnel into MoversSuite, where they are visible through the Document Management Viewer as “notifications.” Click any name (or notification) to download the document from AtlasNet, which may take a few seconds. It is MoversSuite’s integration intelligence that allows you the ability to set rules to essentially preselect documents routinely used, so that their contents are automatically downloaded and waiting for you. No waiting.
Sharing the documents between AtlasNet and MoversSuite ensures that information is distributed and available in both systems, allowing you to quickly perform MoversSuite billing and other tasks based on what comes down from Atlas.
It is through MoversSuite Administrative setup that rules are set which allow you to decide what content is stored in MoversSuite based on Document Type and on order settings that can include Branch, Haul Mode, Move Type Group, and/or Shipment Type.
Even without rules, all documents available to the order do download. By default, the documents contain meta data only, then your company can use the administrative setup titled Document (Auto-Download), see the image above, to determine which documents have the actual contents download automatically.
