Text Messaging
An error would occur when a contact on a scheduled message was deleted in Sakari. The application was updated to ensure that if indeed a contact was removed, an appropriate error is returned to the console.
IMPORTANT: EWS Group recommends that we avoid removing contacts connected to MoversSuite through Sakari.
Additionally, errors (and messages) are now logged throughout all Sakari sessions. If errors occur, the Support Team can reference the following tables to help identify the cause of an error:
