This knowledge article helps you in changing the username in MoversSuite (First Name and Last Name for a personnel record in Personnel Setup). Changing a username updates it at all the relevant places including past orders, tasks, notes, etc. but it does not override an existing personnel record with information for a completely different person.
The following is a general procedure for changing the username of a Personnel. For further assistance, please contact EWS Support Team.
