This section describes the steps and setup areas that must be established to support the SIRVA QLAB Lead Upload and SIRVA QLAB Lead/Opportunity Download.
PREREQUISITES:
•In addition to this setup, configuration is also required in MoversConnect. Please contact EWS Group Professional Services for setup information related to MoversConnect.
•Setup for SIRVA QLAB Integration is considered an addition to that needed for SIRVA STS Integration. Please review the SIRVA STS Integration Setup and Administration topic for additional information.
STEPS:
1. Establish an XML Interface for “Qlab” through XML Interface Setup.
2. Define system records for each support process within XML System Setup.
3. Define other values needed referencing the Technical Setup Information table below to support identifying data to exchange between the two systems, such as creating mappings for Note Types to External Codes supported on SIRVA.
4. Additional setup may be needed depending on whether you integrate with SIRVA STS and SIRVA QPD systems as well. Refer to the following for more information:

Technical Setup Information
For a lead to be sent to SIRVA QLAB, all required data must be defined for the record. Please see SIRVA QLAB Lead Upload for required fields and appropriate settings.
The following table describes the administrative setup needed in MoversSuite to support integration with SIRVA QLAB.

Verify that note type records are defined that include a Van Line Code of “LEAD” and “QLAB.” The following table includes recommended Note Type values.

The Salesperson assigned to the Lead/Opportunity must be linked to QLAB. For all appropriate personnel, set credentials within the Interface Mapping to the Interface of “Qlab,” Labor Type of “Sales,” and the UserID assigned to the person through SIRVA, e.g. “Q0186009999.” Set the User Name to the SIRVA user ID along with the Password for the person. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

The “QLAB Integration” module has no effect on security, therefore it does not have to be assigned to any profile. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

Phone types in MoversSuite must link to those supported by SIRVA. Create the following types to support uploads and downloads to the QLAB system for the SIRVA interface.

Define QLAB interface with a Vendor Name of “Qlab.”
Van Line Item This is not referenced for QLAB.
Branch Item You can control which branches are available based on Authority Type. Orders must be associated to a branch defined within this list, otherwise they are unable to connect to SIRVA nor will SIRVA option be available through the Tools Menu. Create two system records: One for Order Information uploads and the other for Lead/Opportunity downloads.
Order Information Uploads Define a system record for the Qlab Interface. Set the Internal System and External System values to “Qlab” as well and create the necessary system data type mapping with the following data type. To process QLAB upload requests:
