MoversSuite provides a tool allowing your company to prevent customers from being assigned to an order in cases where they do not meet defined credit criteria. Users attempting to assign a customer to an order that has a poor credit standing with your organization can receive a warning, such as the one in the image below.

Your company can define the behavior of the warning through the Credit Warning Lockdown Setup. This setup allows you to control customer assignment based on data received from Microsoft Dynamics GP. MoversSuite can be setup up control customer assignment based on the following credit verification conditions (The conditions are listed in priority-wise order):
1. Customer is On Hold
2. Current AR Balance Exceeds Customer’s Credit Limit
3. Current AR Balance Approaching Customer’s Credit Limit
4. Customer has No Credit Limit
If any of the above-mentioned criteria is satisfied, the subsequent checks are ignored. For example, if a customer satisfies the criterion for “On Hold” and “No Credit Limit” on the same time, the “On Hold” warning will be prompted and the “No Credit Limit” warning will be ignored. Moreover, when a customer is changed, it is logged in Order History.
Customers can override the inability to proceed in case of any of these credit verification conditions. Refer to the Customer Credit Verification Setup and Credit Warning Lockdown Setup topics to override these warnings.
Other Warnings
