Account Profile Document Type Setup

Use this setup to establish types for Account Profile Documents. View the Account Profile Documents Setup topic for detailed information on applying this setup.

Field

Description

Account Profile Document Group

Select a group to have this type list under within the Documents section on the Account Profile tab.

Description

Enter the name of the type (up to 64 characters). The type allows you to further classify a document within a document group. This setting is available when adding or editing a document through the Add Account Profile Document dialog.

Inactive

Check this flag to inactivate this type; the type no longer appears as an available option for Account Profile Documents. Types marked as inactive remain assigned to documents and are visible within the Documents tab in Account Profile Setup and within the Account Profile tab.
