XML System Option

This section lists and describes the options available to be assigned to interfaces through the XML System Option setting within XML System Setup.

IMPORTANT:  All XML System Options are case-sensitive.

XML System Option

Description

AgencyIdentifier

Default agency identifier needed when reporting TransDocs errors.

Example: U101

Refer to TransDocs Integration Setup and XML System Setup (UniGroup) for detailed usage.

AutoUploadDocumentsDisabled

Flag that indicates whether to disable auto upload to TransDoc (True) or not (False). A value of True disables documents from automatically uploading to the TransDocs system. False enables the auto-upload functionality.

Refer to TransDocs Integration Setup and XML System Setup (UniGroup) for detailed usage.

DefaultCustomerNumber

This option allows you to assign a Customer Number as a default to be set on new orders added through VendorConnect imports. This default assignment only occurs if the record being imported does not include the customer data.

Assign this option to a valid Customer Number defined within your Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system. Refer to the Customer Find topic or the Customer field description within the Billing Information tab for more information.

See VendorConnect Initial Setup for more information on related setup.

DefaultAddressCode

Once you specify a DefaultCustomerNumber, you can use this option to designate the address type to populate the customer billing address on new orders imported through VendorConnect.

The values that can be assigned to this option are those defined as the Address Code in your Microsoft Dynamics GP database. An example of a valid Address Code is “PRIMARY.”

The data referenced for the address when this option is specified are from the RM00102 table in Dynamics GP. Note that if this option is not defined, then the address for the customer is taken from the RM00101 table in Dynamics GP.

Refer to the Choose Billing Address topic or the Customer field description within the Billing Information tab for more information.

See VendorConnect Initial Setup for more information on related setup.

EasyDPS

Enable EasyDPS Integration the by setting this option to “1” on the XML System Option for the XML System Setup record.

EchoReceiveLocation

USED FOR DEBUGGING PURPOSES ONLY

This serves as a directory location where a registration request copies to prior to sending to sHub Local Listener.

Example:

E:\mss\WebService\bin\EchoSirvaResponse

Refer to XML System Setup (SIRVA) for detailed usage.

EnableAutoUploadAfterSave

Set its value to “true” to Auto upload an order to UniGroup International after saving it. If it’s set to “false”, the order will not be automatically uploaded, and will qualify to be uploaded manually through UniGroup International IBIL Upload.

HHGUploadQueue

This option identifies the physical location of the folder containing UniGroup household goods upload request files. If not specified, the following default location is referenced.

Default (if not formally set):

.\private$\hhg_unigroup_request

Refer to XML System Setup (UniGroup) for detailed usage.

IgnoreAgents

MinimumTimeBetweenPunches

This refers to the minimum number of minutes that must pass to between punches (i.e., the number of minutes between one punch's "punch out" time and a subsequent punch's "punch in" time). This only changes the times of punches when they are sent to ADP. It does not change the times of the punches as they are in MoversSuite or the MSCrew application. The recommended setting is 3 because the ADP API may blank out "punch in" times of punches that are closer than 3 minutes to a previous punch's "punch out" time.

PayComApiUrl

Establish a link between MoversSuite and the Crew Punch system with this option. Refer to Crew Punch Integration Setup for more information.
