SIRVA QLAB Lead Upload Content

SIRVA QLAB Parameter

Order.PriKey. This is the identifier for the order and is not required for a lead upload.

First Name/MI set through Name, Address, Phone  (or Sales Lead Information)

Last Name/Company Name set through Name, Address, Phone  (or Sales Lead Information)

Phone numbers set through Name, Address, Phone (or Sales Lead Information). The application sets the home, work, and cell numbers based on the highest ranked phone numbers found in the list for the order or lead. It also sets the primary number as the highest ranked number from each valid type.

 

Valid External Codes supported by SIRVA:

Home Phone

Work Phone

Cell Phone

 

For a type of “Home Phone” the application sets the HomePhoneNumber.

For a type of “Work Phone” the application sets the WorkPhoneNumber and WorkPhoneExtension. Note: The extension is not required.

For a type of “Cell Phone” the application sets the CellPhoneNumber

Data sent to QLAB for a lead is pulled from the Moving From section of the Name, Address, Phone  (or Sales Lead Information) tab.

All address fields must be set except for the OriginAddress2 which corresponds to the second line of the street address.

Data sent to QLAB for a lead is pulled from the Moving To section of the Name, Address, Phone tab (or Sales Lead Information).

All address fields must be set except for the DestinationAddress2 which corresponds to the second line of the street address.

Valid countries include “Canada” and “United States of America”

 

SalesPersonQlabId

Referenced here is the User ID of the Salesperson on the lead as set through the Name, Address, Phone tab (or Sales Lead Information). The User ID is set through the Interface Mappings tab in Personnel Setup.

AppointmentDateTime

AppointmentDuration

The application sets this information based on the Survey Date, Start Time, and End Time set through the Agents tab (or Sales Lead Information); all three fields are required for a successful upload.

The duration is determined by the difference between the Start Time and End Time of the survey.

Note

The upload includes all order Notes with a type of “LEAD.”

 

Note: The upload process creates notes with a type of “QLAB” to track the progress of when it was sent to SIRVA QLAB and when accepted.
