Personnel Document Group Setup

Use this setup to establish classifications for Personnel Documents. View the Personnel Documents Setup topic for detailed information on applying this setup.

Description

Enter the name of the group (up to 64 characters). The group is used to categories document types through Personnel Document Type Setup.

Group Sort Order

By default, the group sort within the Documents (Personnel) tab is in alphanumeric order. Optionally, you can assign a numeric placement for the groupings starting with 1. For example, if you wish a group to always display at the top of the listing within the Documents (Personnel) tab, then assign it a Group Sort Order of 1; apply order values to additional groups as needed from 2, 3, 4, etc.
