Electronic Payment Failure

 

This screen appears after a failed payment attempt from data processed through the Secure Payment Form. The data presented in this screen allows you to view the reason behind the failure and send an email that includes the response from the merchant service provider.

 

NOTE: Multiple email addresses may be entered in Email. Separate email addresses with a comma or semicolon. Field accepts up to 255 characters.

Response Code

The error code identifier returned by the merchant service provider.

Response

The primary error message returned by the merchant service provider.

Status

The Status returned provides information as the what the underlying cause of the failure. This information may help you identify what actions you and/or the card/account holder can take to take care of the payment.
