Browser Security Settings

As MoversSuite and related products utilize the internet to perform an increasing amount of functions, it is becoming more important to ensure that you are up to date on the latest security protocols. In fact, some functionality, such as Electronic and Online Payments, will not function if certain security protocols are not met.

Specific to Electronic and Online Payments, you and your customers that wish to utilize Electronic and Online Payments, must use a browser that supports TLS 1.2 (or higher) encryption protocol. In most cases, if you are up to date on the latest version of your browser (and operating system), then TLS 1.2 is typically automatically enabled. The latest supported version of Google Chrome, for example, includes support for TLS 1.3 by default. Lower versions of Google Chrome do not support TLS 1.3 by default and you must manually update browser and operating system settings to enable this feature.

If you, or your customers, are unable to open the Secure Payment Form, and receive a message back from your browser indicating that page cannot be displayed, then you are most likely not using a browser that supports TLS 1.2 encryption protocol.

You can test your current browser to see if it supports TLS 1.2 using the one of the following sites:
