Administration: Reduction Templates
Reduction Template Setup has been completely redesigned and offers the ability to set Add Back values.
We are pleased to offer a redesigned Reduction Template that is better organized, has renamed labels, and a new Add Back Item Details section. Almost every field has been renamed to better denote the field’s use. The new Add Back Item Details section offers the option to set values via more renamed fields: Add Back Item Code, Add Back Branch, and Add Back Agent.

Administration: Personnel
A user can be available to be assigned to a crew within MSCrew, while not being able to log in to MSCrew.
New functionality enables the ability to remove a user’s access to MSCrew; however, that user will remain eligible for crew assignments. From Personnel Setup > Mobile User tab, choose the Disable Mobile User option for Mobile User Type to disable the user from accessing MSCrew.

Administration: Commission Plan
Within Add Commission Plan Detail, the option chosen for Commission Type determines the options shown for Commission Basis.
To assist in the setting up of a Commission Plan Detail, MoversSuite will only show Commission Basis options that are relevant to the Commission Type chosen. For example, when adding or editing a Commission Plan within Commission Plan Setup, if Percentage is chosen for the Commission Type, then the Commission Basis options available in the dropdown will be those relevant to the Percentage.

As a further example, if Flat Rate is chosen as the Commission Type, no Commission Basis options are available because none are not needed for the Flat Rate Commission Type.
