Personnel Setup

Users can add and edit quotes on orders where the branch of the order is one included in the list of branches within the Branch tab on the Personnel Setup record.

Quote Status Setup

Define the status values assigned to quotes through the Status field from the Quote tab.

Quote Template Setup

Create and manage templates containing quote detail items through this setup.

Security Profile Setup

The “Quote” module controls user access to the Quote tab.  Access Type of “Full” allows a user to add, modify, delete, and import quote records for a branch. “Read Only” access allows the user to view records only. Refer to Security Modules for additional information.
