Local Service Classification GL Map Setup

 

The Local Service Classification GL Map Setup allows you to establish mappings to identify a Position Code for GL account generation and other information as part of the Crew Punch Integration.

This setup is only visible if the PayCom Integration module is enabled and if the Payroll Export option is enabled through the Global System Option.

Technical Field Information

Description

Local Service Classification

Choose which classification you wish to establish a mapping record for. The list contains all records defined through the Local Service Classification Setup.

Authority Type

If you wish to include the Authority set on the order through the Move Information tab as one of the items evaluated to determine record matching, then set this field accordingly to one of the values defined within Authority Setup.

Move Type Group

If you wish to include the Type of Move set on the order through the Move Information tab as one of the items evaluated to determine record matching, then set this field accordingly to one of the values defined within Move Type Group Setup. NOTE: The group records are general categories of Move Type Setup records.

Commodity Type

If you wish to include the Commodity set on the order through the Move Information tab as one of the items evaluated to determine record matching, then set this field accordingly to one of the values defined within Commodity Type Setup.

Position Code

Enter the seven-digit value that is needed to identify GL accounts supported for the Crew Punch Integration. Refer to Crew Punch Integration Setup for more information.
