Added UsePlannedDataForAll. New flag indicating whether to include in Capacity Planning labor and equipment requests. This flag corresponds to the Only use planning for capacity flag available through Capacity Display Settings. When it is checked, labor and equipment requests are included in planning. If not checked, then labor and equipment requests are not included in planning results. (5375)
