Schema Changes Version 2017R04

 

The following table lists changes made to the MoversSuite database for this release.

CoordinatorType

Increased the size of TableName and Fieldname to 32 characters from 20 to accommodate Office & Industrial usage. The application references these two internal columns to determine which default table to reference for the role along with the name exposed to externals applications. (8336)

EquipBranches

Added DefaultBranch. This new field stores the value set for a Default Branch within the Branch tab in Equipment Setup. (8384)

LocServ

Added OriginOrderLocationFID. This field links a Local Services record to Origin Location set for the order through Add Local Service; stored within the OrderLocations table. Within MoversSuite, manage the Locations within the Contacts and Locations tab and link them to Local Services through Add Local Service and through Select Locations on an Office & Industrial move. Added DestinationOrderLocationFID. This field links a Local Services record to Destination Location set for the order through Add Local Service; stored within the OrderLocations table. Within MoversSuite, manage the Locations within the Contacts and Locations tab and link them to Local Services through Add Local Service and through Select Locations on an Office & Industrial project. LocServOrderLoacationMap

New table linking Order Location to a Local Service. This table stores the identifier for the LocServ table as well as the OrderLocation table. This link is established by through the Add Locations, Origin Location, and Destination Location settings within Add Local Service for an Office & Industrial project. (8353)

OfficeIndustrialOrder

New table storing the data for an Office & Industrial project that is referenced in addition to the data present within the Orders table. (8363)

OrderContactAddress

New table storing the address information associated to an OrderContacts record as part of an Office & Industrial project. (8300)

OrderContactPhoneNumber

New table storing the phone information associated to an OrderContacts record as part of an Office & Industrial project. (8300)

OrderContactPhoneType

New internal table storing the phone type associated to a OrderContactPhoneNumber record as part of an Office & Industrial project. (8300)

OrderContacts

New table storing the additional data added to an Account Profile contact record set on an Office & Industrial project. This data is added to a project through the Contacts section within the Contacts and Locations tab. (8300)

OrderLocationAddress

New table storing the address information associated to an OrderLocations record as part of an Office & Industrial project. (8300)

OrderLocations

New table storing the additional data added to an Account Profile location record set on an Office & Industrial project. This data is added to a project through the Locations section within the Contacts and Locations tab. (8300)

OrderNoteHeader

Added SendToMsCrew. New flag to indicate a Notes record that is available to MoversSuiteCrew Mobile Application personnel for the order. You can make a note available by selecting the right-click option of This Note is Available to MSCrew within the Notes tab. (8605)

Orders

Added OpenOrderInModule. This internally-referenced field stores the name of the module associated to the order (up to 20 characters), e.g. Order Information, Office & Industrial, International, and Special Services. (8336)

Profiles

Removed GoToOrder. There is no need to set the Go To Order within Tasks Setup.  (8353, 8654)

ServType

Added AvailableToOrderInformation, AvailableToInternational, AvailableToSpecialServices, and AvailableToOfficeIndustrial. These new administrative flags store the settings made through the Select one or more applicable modules section within Local Service Type Setup. These flags instruct the application as to which module the service is available. (8353)
