Added OperationalPlanFID. This new field links a particular Local Services record to the new OperationalPlan table. Users define a new plan through the Add Local Service screen, which is stored in the OperationalPlan table. (8182)

Added RequestedStartTime and RequestedEndTime. These two fields store the requested times entered for a service through the Add Local Service screen. (8182)

OperationalPlan

New table storing the Operational Plan of a service or services, as created through the Add Local Service screen. The PlanName field stores the actual name of the plan (up to 64 characters). (8182)
