Personnel Document Type Security Setup

MoversSuite Administration > Personnel > Personnel Document Type Security

 

This setup lists all Personnel Document Type Setup records with the Is Secure flag set. You can assign users to these types to grant them access to secure documents. View the Personnel Documents Setup topic for detailed information on applying this setup.

Employee Item

Users with Full access to the Personnel Document Management module are available to assign to a secured document type. Adding a person to the list allows them to add and view secure documents through the Documents (Personnel) tab within Personnel Information and through the Documents tab in Personnel Setup for the specified Document Type.
