MSCrew iOS 2.0

Summary:

We have added many new features including PDF signature capture.

 

Note: “Add Signature/Notation” button only works for iOS11 or higher.

 

We also exposed Scope of Work, Operational Notes and Building Requirements for O&I jobs. As well as added crate information, order weight, extra locations and changed the application to save the Company ID between sessions.

 

Compatible with MoversSuite 2018 R10 and higher.

 

Building Requirements

Functional notes:

    Read only

    Can have 2 different ones per job (one for origin and one for destination address)

    It should be on the same page as address

    Components: Cross Street(s) (text box), Site Notes (text box), Service Entrance (text box), Questions (grid)

 

Operational Note

Functional notes:

    Read only

    One per job

    Should be displayed in job details, info tab, under service instructions

    Plain text or rich text (to be decided)

    Should behave similar to service instructions

 

Scope of work

Functional notes:

    Read only

    One per job

    Should be displayed in job details, info tab, similar to materials, pack, unpack

    The grid will be rendered on a different screen

    Expanding and collapsing feature is not required

 

Document signing

Functional notes:

    Should work only with PDFs

    The feature will be triggered from document viewer page

    While placing signature, zooming will be disabled

    After signing, a new document will be created and uploaded, with the name “[previous name] signed”

    The name of the new document can be edited

    The feature won’t support multiple signatures

    There should be the option to discard changes before saving

    After capturing the signature, it should be placed in the middle of the screen and then it can be moved / resized

 

Crates

Functional notes:

    Displayed under pack / unpack

    The list of crates is defined on the backend

    The mobile app should only display description, quantity, width, length and height

    The user can add and edit (the quantity)

    It should be rendered similarly to materials / assigned equipment

    When a new crate is added, the assigned value will be 0

    The crates should be added to both internal and client summaries

 

Small improvements

    Add order weight in job info, first section

    Display up to 2 phone numbers

    Save Company ID after login

 

Extra Stops/Locations

The stops added through the Extra Stops option are listed on the Work Ticket Report report based on their assigned Stop Number with Pickup items followed by Delivery items. Here’s how the Extra Stops sections would display:


Pickup 1
Pickup 2

Delivery 1
Delivery 2
Delivery 3

 

However, the display order can be customized through the Extra Stops option.
