MoversSuite Administration > Administration > Email Options
Define the variables needed to support the Automatic Email Service within this setup.
Under Other Email Address, you can list more than one email address. Be sure to separate the email addresses by using a comma or a semi-colon between them. The field can have up to 50 characters.

The Automatic Email Service sends a message to personnel associated to these records based on the following events:
Accept Self Haul
Cancel Service
Claim Alert
Clear Service
Decline Service
Dispatch Status Change
Edit Service
Request Self Haul
Sales Lead

The email is sent from MoversSuite’s DBMail, using the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address from the General tab of Personnel Setup, as the sender. |

Each of these Email Options records represents an event that can occur to trigger the system to send an email to one or more of the checked personnel roles within this setup. The table below lists and describes the options available within this setup:

Transportation Coordinator |
Check this box to include the Transportation Coordinator (Name, Address, Phone) on automated emails. |

Logistics Coordinator |
Send email to the Logistics Coordinator in Name, Address, Phone |

Local Dispatcher |
Send an email to the dispatcher logged into MoversSuite that performed one of the following dispatch events: Cancel Service Clear Service Decline Service Dispatch Status Change Edit Service
The email is sent to personnel on the branch of the service affected by the event; the branch set through Add Local Service as opposed to branch of the order. |

Long Distance Dispatcher |
Send an email to the Long Distance Dispatcher logged into MoversSuite that performed the Accept Self Haul action. |

Other Other Email Address |
Sends an email to the recipient set within the Other Email Address (up to 50 characters). You may enter multiple email addresses. Separate email addresses with a comma or semicolon. |
|
Salesperson |
Sends and email to the Salesperson assigned within the Sales Lead Information screen. |
