Haul As Setup

MoversSuite Administration > Customer Service > Haul As

Define values to represent how the shipment is being hauled, such as van line authority, agent authority, etc., using this setup. Users will assign one of these values to the Hauling Agent through the Haul As field in the Agents tab based on what is also set within Agent Setup.

Field	Description
Description	Enter a title to describe how the hauling agent is represented for the order (up to 128 characters). Users will select these values through the Haul As field within the Agents tab for the Hauling Agent.
	Own Authority This flag it used in conjunction with a similar flag within the Agent Setup to determine which Haul As values are available to assign to the Hauling Agent within the Agents tab. If the Haul Own Authority flag is set for the agent record (Agent Setup) then only Haul As Setup records that have this flag set are available for assignment through the Agents tab.
	Van Line Authority This flag it used in conjunction with a similar flag within the Agent Setup to determine which Haul As values are available to assign to the Hauling Agent within the Agents tab. If the Haul Van Line Authority flag is set for the agent record (Agent Setup) then only Haul As Setup records that have this flag set are available for assignment through the Agents tab.
